Parent Network Scotland may ask for personal information about you including your name, age, email address, postal address, telephone number, and demographic information such as ethnicity and gender. PNS will only ask for such information where it is needed to provide the services you have requested. Times when PNS would do this include when you register with one of our courses and subscribe to our newsletter.  In order to keep you up to date with information and events we may include you in our mailing list or email list. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.  Website usage information is collected using cookies. Employees and volunteers of PNS will be asked for appropriate information, relevant to their role. We may compile statistical data from time to time; this will never include references to any individual.

How PNS will use the information about you

PNS will use personal information to provide services, and to administer donations made through PNS website.

How long will we keep your personal data

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
